Check-in is from 1 PM local time (13:00). Should you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage with us and move on with the rest of your day. Often your room will be available earlier.
Cancellation fees are levied when guests cancel confirmed reservations. The costs of the cancellation fees will escalate the closer the guest’s cancels to their confirmed departure date.
Should a cancellation be made more than 8 weeks prior to departure, the non-refundable
deposit of 20% is forfeited.
Should a cancellation be made between 4 & 8 weeks prior to departure – 50% cancellation
fees apply.
Should a guest cancel less than 4 weeks or 31 days prior to departure – 100% cancellation
fees apply.
CHILD & THIRD/FOURTH ADULT SHARING POLICY:
- Chimpundu Lodge welcomes children of all ages.
- Children aged 4years and younger stay free, children 5-11 pay the standard child rate (50% of adult sharing rate).
- Children aged 11years and above pay adult rate (Additional children on request, please speak to reservations)
- One child of paying age sharing with an adult in a luxury Cottage pay adult + child rate.
Yes. We have free high speed Wi-Fi internet access in all rooms and public areas.
Yes. Leave your clothing in the laundry basket, which you can find in your room, and we will take care of the laundry. This service is offered at a fee.
We are happy to serve your nutritional needs.
Please let us know about any special dietary requirements ahead of your stay with us.
We kindly ask you to leave your room by 11 am on your scheduled day of departure. Late check-out can be arranged at a small fee subject to room availability.
